Stirrup was founded with one key aim in mind - to provide Equestrian professionals with accessible, understandable HR guidance and support. The world of employment practice and key people related processes can often feel daunting and confusing - we are here to provide support when you need it most, and take on this work for you.

Immediate HR conultation appointments to either employers or employees who may have an immediate challenge or issue that they need prompt assistance with

Monthly HR support subcription packages for those equestrian employers who would like regular HR support for day to day matters

Stirrup was founded by Laura Smith, an established HR Director with over 10 years commercial HR experience working for some of the biggest household brands. As a keen equestrian enthusiast, and horse owner, she understands the challenges facing the industry and is eager to provide proactive support to those seeking guidance across a wide variety of people related activities.
